For soulful women who want to fill their days with more joy & ease

THE Calm & Connected Challenge

INTRODUCING…

Reinvigorate yourself and your spiritual practice in just seven days, and begin setting the foundation for living a more soul-centered life

You’ve wandered off the spiritual path

You tell yourself you “should” be doing more yoga and meditation, but work/kids/cute cat videos on Instagram inevitably get in the way. “That’s okay,” you tell yourself, “I’ll do it tomorrow.”

MANY tomorrows later, you realize you haven’t been prioritizing your spiritual wellness or self-care. It may be difficult for you to trust your intuition, enjoy the present moment, or take time to ground and re-center yourself throughout the day. Life is really “life-ing” these days.

So what’s a “woo” like you to do?

With my Calm & Connected Challenge, you’ll develop a simple, consistent spiritual practice that’s enjoyable and doesn’t feel like an obligation.

By the end of this challenge you will…

Explore a variety of simple and enjoyable activities you can use to develop a daily spiritual practice that works for you

Be able to more easily tap into your Inner Wisdom and/or Divine support system to make decisions from a place of alignment

Have a solid foundation for getting calm, quiet, and grounded so you can move throughout your day with more flow and ease

Reenergized to prioritize myself!

“Through both her Calm & Connected 7-Day Challenge and 1:1 coaching, I was able to reconnect to old spiritual practices, discover new ones, and identify ways in which I could build more of them into my busy life!”

Meet your guide

Hi, I’m Cheryl.

I’m an Intuitive Life Coach, Certified Tarot Advisor, and Life Makeover Maven.

My mission is to help newly awakened spiritual women – like you! – discover (and do) more of what truly lights them up, navigate times of transition, and play bigger in all aspects of their lives.

Early in my spiritual journey, one of my mentors ingrained in me a belief that I should have a “non-negotiable daily spiritual practice”. While this clearly worked for her, the thought that I had to schedule 30 minutes or more into my already unpredictable days left me feeling overwhelmed, and guilty if I didn’t “get around to it” on a particular day.

This eventually left me with an all-or-nothing attitude - the opposite of the freedom, ease, peace, and joy I sought to gain by connecting with Spirit in the first place!

Over time, I learned that not only is it more practical to be flexible with my spiritual practice, both in the specific activities I engage in and their frequency, but it’s easier to be consistent and enjoy what I’m doing! As a result, I can more easily tap into my intuition, and make decisions and set goals from a place of grounded alignment.

I’d love this for you, too.

Ready to make it happen?

Join me for 7 inspiring days as you discover new (and possibly improved!) ways to connect with the Divine (and your Divine self, of course).
